Role & responsibilities

Position Overview

This role involves supporting digital campaigns, coordinating events, creating marketing content, and assisting the sales team with marketing materials and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with consistent and engaging real estate content.
  • Run and monitor online campaigns on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, MagicBricks, 99acresadjust based on region).
  • Assist with digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track campaign performance.
  • Update website listings, images, property details, and availability.

2. Content Creation

  • Create compelling content for property posts, videos, reels, brochures, and project updates.
  • Coordinate photography and videography for properties, show units, and events.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, email newsletters, and project descriptions.

3. Project Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for project launches, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with developers, sales teams, and agencies to ensure accurate project information and branding.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the project’s features, pricing, and unique selling points.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Track competing projects, pricing changes, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Collect and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaign improvements.

5. CRM & Lead Management

  • Update and maintain CRM systems with leads, inquiries, and campaign details.
  • Support lead nurturing activities such as email campaigns, follow-ups, and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed over promptly.

6. Event & On-Ground Marketing

  • Help organize property events, exhibitions, roadshows, and community engagement activities.
  • Prepare event materials, assist with logistics, and support event execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of creativity and attention to detail.
