Role & responsibilities

We're Hiring: Senior Civil Engineer Tathawade Location

Site Management:
Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors.Setting Out and Surveying:Accurately set out the works from engineering drawings and specifications.Conduct regular site surveys to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures.Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.Identify and address any defects or non-conformances.Progress Monitoring:Monitor and track project progress against the schedule.Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project managers.Identify and mitigate potential delays.Material Management:Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.Monitor material deliveries and ensure they meet specifications.Health and Safety:Enforce health and safety regulations on site.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Promote a safe working environment.Coordination and Communication:Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Maintain clear and effective communication channels.Attend project meetings.

Location: Tathawade, Pune

Experience: 7+ years in residential/commercial construction

Strong knowledge of civil work execution, site supervision, and contractor handling

Ability to manage project timelines and site teams efficiently

Good communication and reporting skills
