About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing, Content & Email Associate
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing people, campaigns, and content simultaneously. This is a foundational role for someone early in their career but ready to take ownership and grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
Core Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Design, write, and manage
customized outbound email campaigns
, newsletters, and nurture sequences. - Segment audiences, optimize open/click rates, and A/B test subject lines and content.
- Maintain email deliverability best practices and list hygiene.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Use platforms such as
HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, or Lemlist
to build automated workflows and manage campaigns.
Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and support interns and junior associates across marketing functions.
- Build
clear workflows, SOPs, and QA systems
to ensure campaigns go out on time and error-free. - Provide constructive feedback and mentorship while maintaining accountability and professional standards.
Content & Brand Marketing
- Oversee creation and editing of
LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog content
aligned with email campaigns. - Repurpose top-performing email content into social posts and marketing assets.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and voice across all marketing materials.
Marketing Operations
- Monitor campaign performance dashboards and KPIs across email, social, and web.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and basic site optimization.
- Manage PR and podcast outreach lists, ensuring consistent messaging with email efforts.
- Coordinate scheduling and cross-channel timing between email drops, social content, and news releases.
Creative & Strategic Input
- Contribute ideas for new growth campaigns, lead-nurture sequences, and community engagement.
- Apply design sense to
email templates, graphics, and visual assets
in tools like Canva or Figma. - Stay up to date with trends in
email deliverability, content personalization, and marketing automation
.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in
email marketing
(design, copywriting, sequencing, analytics). - Strong writing and editing skills — concise, professional, and emotionally engaging.
- Experience leading interns or junior staff with high standards of quality control.
- Familiarity with
LinkedIn, newsletters, and CRM/email tools
(HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, etc.). - Solid project management skills and an eye for detail.
- Some design ability with
Canva, Figma, or similar tools
