Marketing Specialist


You will define the strategy for how we reach our customers through thought leadership and awareness programs to drive awareness and customer engagement.

You will get to work on specific verticals and service lines and have a big impact every day.


  • Develop detailed thought leadership content plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, awareness campaigns, and field enablement plans
  • Own related launches and define messaging for new areas of portfolio
  • Work at both the strategic and tactical level of champion bold and creative ideas
  • Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related campaigns
  • Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.) to promote products and services, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.


Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation:

  • Create targeted lead-generation strategies to identify and engage potential customers through digital channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion rates, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize performance.


Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
  • Tailor messaging and content for specific target accounts, focusing on personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts and drive revenue growth from key accounts.


Content Calendar & Strategy:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring that all content aligns with business objectives, marketing initiatives, and audience needs.
  • Work with content creators to produce engaging blogs, articles, whitepapers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
  • Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.


Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, product launches, and customer meet-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics and high-quality attendee experiences.
  • Drive event marketing efforts to increase attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Report on key performance metrics, campaign performance, and other relevant marketing data to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation in marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, and/or account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, SEO/PPC).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with event management and virtual event platforms.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
