Position Overview

Marketing Associate


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Executed structured outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, event networking) targeting CXOs and business owners in the manufacturing sector.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team to identify and nurture qualified leads for consulting engagements.
  • Maintain and regularly update a CRM database of prospects, conversations, and outreach performance.

2. Brand & Communication

  • Develop and implement marketing communication plans aligned with the firm’s growth goals.
  • Draft and manage the creation of brochures, proposals, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Support PR initiatives, media interactions, and publication placements to strengthen firm visibility.

3. Digital Presence & Content

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and social media calendar with consistent, high-quality posts.
  • Work with internal teams to produce thought leadership content, newsletters, and visuals.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content strategy for better reach and impact.

4. Events & Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate participation in relevant exhibitions, business conferences, and networking forums.
  • Handle event logistics, branding, and post-event follow-ups to generate new conversations and visibility.
  • Build partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and ecosystem players.

5. Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitive positioning, and potential client segments.
  • Generate insights that support targeted campaigns and positioning strategy.
  • Prepare periodic marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing automation tools.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
