Role Overview
We are seeking a Market Research & Campaign Operations Executive to support Consulevent’s outbound marketing and demand-generation initiatives. This role is research-heavy and execution-focused, responsible for building high-quality target account and contact lists, supporting campaign execution using Zoho Campaigns, and assisting the marketing and sales teams with data-driven outreach activities.
This is a critical role for ensuring that campaigns are accurately targeted, well-researched, and compliant, enabling effective engagement with enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Account Research
• Research and identify target accounts based on defined ICPs (industry, size, geography, technology stack, maturity)
• Identify and validate target personas and contacts (CIO, IT Leadership, Finance, Operations, Security, etc.)
• Build account intelligence including:
o Company overview
o Industry focus
o Technology landscape (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Data platforms)
o Key decision-makers and influencers
• Maintain clean, structured research documentation
Target List Creation & Campaign Support
• Create campaign-ready target lists segmented by:
o Industry
o Role / seniority
o Geography
o Platform relevance (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Upload, manage, and segment lists within Zoho Campaigns
• Support email campaign setup, testing, and scheduling
• Ensure data accuracy, de-duplication, and compliance with opt-in and email regulations
Outbound Marketing & Team Support
• Support outbound marketing initiatives including:
o Email campaigns
o Account-based marketing (ABM) lists
o Event and webinar outreach
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to:
o Align target lists with campaign objectives
o Refresh and refine lists based on feedback
• Track basic campaign metrics (delivery, opens, responses) and provide summary inputs
Data Management & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain and update prospect and account databases
• Identify gaps in coverage (industries, regions, roles)
• Continuously improve list quality and relevance
• Follow internal research standards and documentation practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in:
o Market research
o B2B lead research
o Marketing operations or campaign support
• Strong internet and LinkedIn-based research skills
• Experience creating target account and contact lists for B2B campaigns
• Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns or similar platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred Skills
• Experience researching enterprise technology buyers
• Understanding of ERP, cloud, data, automation, or enterprise IT ecosystems
• Exposure to outbound marketing or ABM campaigns
• Basic understanding of email marketing metrics
• Experience supporting consulting or professional services firms
