Job Description

As a Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. This role serves as a critical link between hiring managers and potential employees, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive networking
Create compelling job descriptions and posting content
Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition
Implement diverse recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines
Track key metrics and prepare recruitment reports for management
Stay updated on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive practices
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
