Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 5–6 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in hiring for diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams for technical/managerial rounds.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all hiring activities.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process using technology, analytics, and feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

5–6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-scale organization.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to recruitment and talent planning.

Preferred:

Experience in Pharma field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
