As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a geographically diverse team of recruiters, driving outstanding talent acquisition outcomes and encouraging collaboration across the organization. Your ability to build positive relationships and drive improvements will be key to your success.
What you'll do:
Thought Leadership: Guide business leaders with innovative recruitment strategies and develop a world-class recruiting engine.
Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach recruiters to improve candidate pipelines and recruitment lifecycle efficiencies, establishing performance goals and metrics.
Data Analysis: Analyze metrics, research, and trends to find opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion leaders to improve representation and measure efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team through performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
Goal Achievement: Lead your team to achieve talent acquisition goals, focusing on quality, speed, and outstanding customer and candidate experiences.
Collaboration: Work with customers, peers, partners, and collaborators to establish the TA organization as consultative, trusted advisors.
Leadership Education: Educating and influencing leadership on standard methodologies and strategic opportunities, implementing process and systems improvements.
Employer Branding: Improve Aristocrat’s employer brand by encouraging high-quality experiences and rapidly growing engagement through social media and networking.
What we're looking for:
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully implementing recruitment strategies.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills to interpret metrics and data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with collaborators at all levels.
Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and implement process and systems improvements.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends and data utilization to drive recruitment success.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to lead special projects and initiatives.
