Junior HR Executive

As a member of our team at Spectra, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating employee records in both physical and digital formats. Your responsibilities will include handling documentation related to hiring, onboarding, exits, and internal movements. You will be tasked with preparing various HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and confirmation letters with utmost accuracy to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards. Additionally, your role will involve assisting in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. In this position, you will also be responsible for maintaining attendance, leave, and timesheet records. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement activities and events, as well as assist in coordinating training and development programs. Your role will involve responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and actively participating in the implementation of HR initiatives and policy updates. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in HR and possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates.
