About UD3 Logic:

UD3 Logic is a fast-growing IT company based in Jaipur, working on mobile and web app development projects (React Native, Node.js, etc.). We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate Junior HR Executive to help us build and manage our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Handle onboarding formalities and maintain employee records.
• Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, agreements, and NDAs.
• Track attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations.
• Coordinate with management for hiring needs and team expansion.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
• Self-motivated and organized with good follow-up habits.
• Comfortable working in a remote setup.
