Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in onboarding formalities including salary account creation and document collection
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases regularly (Excel/HRMS)
  • Make initial calls to candidates when required.
  • Help organize HR events and engagement activities
  • File and manage physical and digital documents accurately
  • Support in preparation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards
  • Assist in drafting HR-related communication, letters and forms
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for exit formalities
  • Perform similar administrative tasks as required by the HR team


Requirements:

  • Must have completed studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
