Junior HR Executive

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance management.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance coordination.
  • Prepare HR letters, maintain documentation, and handle employee queries.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
  • Manage HRMS data and generate required reports.

🧠 Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
