Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive who will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support payroll and attendance tracking.
Handle basic employee queries and provide support.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports.
Ensure company policies are followed.

Requirements

3 months to 1.5 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle confidential information.
Graduate in HR/Management or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
