Role Overview: As an HR Executive with a background in IT recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with technical teams, creating job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with teams for final selections. Your role will involve understanding hiring requirements and evaluating candidates for technical roles, requiring a basic understanding of software development languages. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with technical teams to understand hiring requirements. - Create job postings and manage recruitment through job portals, social media, and other platforms. - Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical teams for final interviews. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive in an IT company. - Proven experience in technical recruitment. - Basic understanding of software development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Python, etc.). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Company Details: The company prefers a female candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field. The preferred candidate should have the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
