Junior HR Executive

As an HR Executive with a background in IT recruitment, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for technical roles in our IT company. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. - Collaborating with technical teams to understand the hiring requirements effectively. - Creating job postings and managing recruitment through various platforms such as job portals, social media, etc. - Conducting initial HR interviews and coordinating with technical teams for final interviews. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Executive in an IT company. - Proven experience in technical recruitment. - Basic understanding of software development languages like Java, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Python, etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the preferred candidate profile includes: - Female candidate only. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
