Job Description

Codoid is looking for Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed
Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and other relevant data
Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, employee handbooks, and other HR-related materials
Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor and track employee attendance, sick leaves, and vacation days, updating records and communicating with managers as needed
HRIS (Human Resources Information System): Utilize HR software to input and manage employee data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy
Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries, concerns, and requests, providing appropriate guidance or escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs, ensuring proper logistics and participant coordination
