Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior HR Executive with 3.5+ years of experience to support our HR operations and contribute to building an efficient, people-focused work culture. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

· Manage complete recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

· Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up through the selection process.

· Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.

· Plan and execute smooth onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, induction).

· Maintain employee joining and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit reports.

· Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.

· Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required.

· Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,048.42 - ₹25,303.39 per month
