Wealth Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented “Wealth Manager – AIF & PMS” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our business footprint, and developing strong relationships with distributors, including National Distributors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must Develop and maintain strong and close relationships with distributors (National Distributors, Independent Financial Advisors)

• Should be keen in Driving sales and expanding business foot prints by empanelling distribution channels partners, identifying new opportunities, and increasing market share.

• Should learn and possess a strong understanding of equity markets, Alternate Investment Products or similar products, understand market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement effective distribution channels to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor and analyse own distribution methods, its performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• In later stage of his career with company, candidate should be able to Lead and motivate a team of distribution professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards at all times.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and internal teams.

• Effectively communicate product information, market trends, and sales strategies to distributors

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with distributors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Wealth Management, AIF, PMS, or related financial sales roles.

• Strong understanding of equity markets, AIF & PMS products, and distribution channels.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of expanding the business footprint.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹392,618.14 - ₹1,076,028.11 per year
