About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural).
• Coordinate interviews, feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Support HR operations and other administrative activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
