  Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Daily monitoring and coordination of Bharat e-Seva Kendra operations across Maharashtra. Ensure SOP compliance, documentation, center performance improvement, and timely resolution of issues. Handle escalation calls, partner coordination, and support issues proactively — including outside normal work hours if needed. 2. Growth & Expansion Ownership Manage entire franchise pipeline from enquiry to onboarding to launch. Support expansion campaigns, seminars, field promotions, and district-level activities. Work closely with Director-level leadership to execute state-wide expansion strategies. 3. Research, Innovation & Revenue Growth This is a key part of the role. Conduct practical, research-based studies on rural demand, competition, and service needs. Propose new services, features, and revenue streams for franchise centers. Identify automation opportunities in daily operations, lead flow, onboarding, and partner experience. Work on data-driven insights to improve monthly revenue, efficiency, and conversion rate. 4. System Automation & Process Improvements Bring forward new tools, workflows, and automations to simplify operations. Help optimize CRM (TeleCRM) structures, reporting formats, and communication systems. Suggest new digital solutions for faster service delivery, franchise management, and partner support. 5. Coordination & Team Support Daily coordination with support, sales, branding, technical and field teams. Assist and guide district coordinators. Ensure discipline, follow-up, and structured communication across departments. 6. Reporting & Analysis Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Track performance metrics, identify gaps, solve operational challenges. Present improvement suggestions directly to Founders.
