\🚀 Core Responsibilities The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting citizens visiting the Bharat e-Seva Kendra in completing various government services and document processing tasks quickly and efficiently. This includes both customer service and technical processing duties. ✅ Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Government Document Processing and Management Handling Various Applications: Assist citizens in filling out applications for services like Passports, Aadhaar updates/enrollments, PAN cards, Ration card services, Voter ID cards, Birth/Death certificates, as well as forms for various State and Central Government Schemes (e.g., agriculture-related, social security schemes). Document Verification: Verify, authenticate, and scan all required original and photocopied documents submitted by applicants according to official government guidelines and upload them to the system. Form Submission: Accurately fill out government forms on behalf of citizens using the online portals or dedicated software. Tracking Progress: Regularly check the status of applications under process and provide timely updates to the customers. 2. Customer Service and Support Information Provision: Provide clear and accurate information to citizens about the various government services and their procedures available through the e-Seva Kendra. Guidance and Counseling: Identify customers' needs and actively assist them in selecting the correct service and gathering the necessary paperwork. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve common technical issues encountered with government portals or applications. Polite Communication: Ensure a positive customer experience by interacting with all clients in a courteous and professional manner. 3. Administrative and Technical Functions Ensure all central computer equipment, scanners, and printers are maintained in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and completed applications. Keep up-to-date with and comply with all new rules and procedures issued by the government from time to time. 💡 Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Language: Fluency in both spoken and written Marathi and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of English is an added advantage. Computer Literacy: Proficient use of MS Office (MS Word, Excel) and Internet/Email. Experience working with online government portals is essential. Accuracy: Ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry. Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a patient and customer-oriented attitude. Knowledge of Government Systems: Basic knowledge of various government websites, forms, and procedures is preferable.
