Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Take care of end-to-end recruitment efforts for various technical and managerial positions across the Infrastructure and EPC business units.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals with experience in infrastructure, engineering, procurement, and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Drive and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track and measure recruitment effectiveness, making continuous improvements to the hiring process.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to attract top talent and stay competitive in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience required: 12 to 18 Years
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Infrastructure, EPC, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for a range of positions, including technical, engineering, project management, and senior leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies tailored to the Infrastructure/EPC sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
