Role & responsibilities Take care of end-to-end recruitment efforts for various technical and managerial positions across the Infrastructure and EPC business units. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals with experience in infrastructure, engineering, procurement, and construction sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. Drive and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and offer management. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations. Utilize data and metrics to track and measure recruitment effectiveness, making continuous improvements to the hiring process. Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to attract top talent and stay competitive in the market. Preferred candidate profile Experience required: 12 to 18 Years Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Infrastructure, EPC, or construction-related industries. Proven experience in recruiting for a range of positions, including technical, engineering, project management, and senior leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies tailored to the Infrastructure/EPC sectors. Strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
