Land Liaison

DGM – State Head, PDKey Responsibilities
Land Documentation
- In-depth experience in understanding, preparation, review and commenting on the Land TSR (Title Search Report) is mandatory with adequate knowledge and understanding to read and write documents in Kannada and English.
- Handle day-to-day office correspondence independently and effectively.
- Make all necessary documents (11 E sketch, Blueprint, reports from Taluka office, 109 process) and ready to move for conversion of the land to nonagricultural.
- Arrange for No objection certificates like NOC required for conversion of Land in Taluka office, Gram-Panchayats etc.
- Support and counsel the land team in securing authorisations from all relevant government and regulatory authorities for acquisition and transfer of land on behalf of the Company.
Legal
- Stay informed about current and evolving land laws, property laws, and local regulations, and continuously update the Management on regular basis.
- Handle legal issues related to agricultural land conversion, mutation, exchange, amalgamation, stamp duty and document registration, review/revise/comment title search reports and coordinate with internal team and external lawyers.
- Lead and guide land team related to legal cases/disputes related to land title.
RoW resolution
- Coordinate with state revenue authorities for necessary title verification certificates including the sub-registrar, gram panchayat, patwari etc.
- Solve local issues in the best possible way (negotiation, filing case on behalf of company, with intervention & help of police department).
- Resolve ROW issues whenever raised by the former or any local body people.
- Liaison with local persons/farmers/local key regions, to resolve ROW raised local bodies.
- Coordinate and resolve all issues with Logistic/SCM department for Material movement.
- Monitor Road works site cleaning work, boundary stone fixing works, for all survey works.
- Coordinate and resolve all issues with Project department for Transmission Line erection and commissioning work.
- Coordinate and resolve all issues with Project department for Transmission Line erection and commissioning work.
Non-negotiable Skills And Abilities
- Language Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi and English (read, write & verbal)
- MS. Word & Excel Proficiency in MS – Excel and Word
- Law LLM or LLB with experience in property and local laws, including the Land Revenue Act, Stamp & Registration Act, and Forest Conservation Act.
- Time Management Capably handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines effectively.

Education And Experience Required
- Experience – Minimum 8-12 years’ experience.
