Manager / Sr Manager - Investor Relations

Experience: Up to 5 years Location: Mumbai Department: Financial and Investor Strategy Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research, particularly within the banking or financial services sector. The role involves supporting the development of investor communications, coordinating with internal teams, and managing interactions with analysts and investors. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of financial markets, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations & Strategic Communication: Develop and maintain investor presentations, earnings decks, and Board Committee / Management Committee materials. Assist in drafting quarterly results, press releases, FAQs, and the annual report in collaboration with Financial Management, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Company Secretarial, etc.. Prepare collaterals for periodic communication with brokerage analysts, investors, and internal stakeholders on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and market positioning. Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the Company Secretarial team to ensure investor communications align with SEBI LODR, SAST, PIT, and RBI guidelines. Track regulatory disclosures, shareholder communications, and governance-related updates. Maintain accurate records of investor meetings, disclosures, and compliance logs. Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor analyst reports, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights. Coordinate investor and broker analyst meetings, broker conferences, and roadshows, including investor profiles, logistics, briefing notes, and follow-ups. Track global/domestic indices and eligibility criteria relevant to the company’s stock performance. Reporting & MIS: Maintain investor databases, meeting logs, and MIS reports for senior management. Analyze stock performance, trading volumes, and shareholder patterns. Qualifications & Experience: CA / CFA preferred; MBA in Finance may also apply. Up to 5 years of experience in: > Investor Relations or Corporate Finance within a bank or financial institution, or > Equity Research covering banks/NBFCs. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and industry analysis. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience managing large datasets. Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, etc. is a plus. Basic understanding of SEBI (LODR, SAST, PIT, ICDR) and RBI regulations.
