Role Description This is a contract role (3months) for a Human Resources Intern based on-site in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks such as supporting HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, and HR management. The role includes collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and assisting in organizing, maintaining, and updating HR records and documentation. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
