About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team for a 2-month internship. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with additional exposure to various HR functions. A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases; screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements; conducting initial HR screening calls and scheduling interview rounds; maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines; supporting employer branding and campus hiring activities; helping with onboarding, documentation, and induction processes; maintaining employee records and updating HR databases; preparing HR letters and reports; coordinating employee engagement activities and events; and providing support in day-to-day HR-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.

- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Eager to learn and passionate about building a career in HR.
