Job Description

" Join as Sales & Marketing Manager & Grow in Maharashtra!"

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 510 Sales Executives to drive monthly sales targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct daily field visits with team for client meetings and lead follow-ups
Promote and pitch company products to customers effectively.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and close deals within TAT.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in any Field Sales, BFSI, FMCG, Pharma or Marketing
.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong local network and area knowledge.
