About the Role

Job Title: Manager - QA

Location: Bengaluru


Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of experience to lead QA strategy across Oracle MOM modules (ORMS, MFCS, RPM, Invoice Matching, ReSA, EBS, EPM). Functional knowledge on Oracle MOM is an advantage.
  • Manage test plan, execution, and defect triage across all test phases (Functional, Regression, UAT, Integration).
  • Own and evolve the automated test framework using Selenium, Robot Framework, Python, and RPA principles.
  • Oversee CI/CD test pipeline integration via Jenkins.
  • Define and execute performance testing plans using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Coordinate API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools for MFCS and other services.
  • Drive regular regression cycles across patch releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to align test coverage.
  • Ensure proper test data management and environment readiness.
  • Experience in managing automation team sizes 5-7 resources.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience to lead QA strategy across Oracle MOM modules (ORMS, MFCS, RPM, Invoice Matching, ReSA, EBS, EPM). Functional knowledge on Oracle MOM is an advantage.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred.


Required Skills

  • Proficient in developing UI test automation frameworks using Python and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism), Jenkins and Java/JavaScript.
  • Must have a good hands on UI automation using Selenium/ RPA/ Cucumber.
  • Write and maintain automated test scripts using Java/Python and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
  • Work with the development team to create and implement effective test automation strategies for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Develop automated test frameworks and enhance existing automation suites to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle ADF Web, API testing and Oracle Database testing.
  • Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience with database validations using Oracle SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to perform backend data verification.
