About This Opportunity Job Title: Data Analyst II Location: Bangalore Responsibilities Working closely with FP&A leaders, lead the development processes for PA TM1 projects, including requirements capturing, modeling & design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and documentation. Develop new features and services that are medium-high level of complexity. Solid understanding of TM1 model design best practices. Write complex business logic in TM1 Rules and Turbo-integrator (TI) and able to build reports in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and PAX. Independently implement IBM Planning Analytics (PA) / TM1 - development / Support / Enhancement projects. Build systems and services that have immediate impact for our business. Work with multi-functional teams to develop solutions that enhances performance and automate manual tasks. Troubleshoot basic problems and take appropriate action to resolve. Consult with colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems. Development, management, and maintenance of Financial Planning models to assist company in forecasting, predicting, and providing recommendations toward key strategic initiatives. Work cross functionally to support the analytical requirements of the business and proactively challenge the status quo by introducing new approaches for analysis and insights. Regular interaction with Planning Department and Cross-Functional leadership to communicate and gain alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems. Seasoned professional with 2-5 years of TM1 Architect experience. Required Skills Direct experience in Turbo Integrator scripting. Direct experience with TM1 Perspectives and TM1 Architect. Experience working on Rules to apply business definition to a cube. PAX, PAW and TM1Web experience preferred. Experience with Reporting Software (Cognos Analytics, SSRS, PowerBI, Oracle, etc) a plus. Must be well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize and provide timely resolution to issues and requests. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a member of a team. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A drive to learn and master new methods, technologies, and techniques. Preferred Skills Experience with Reporting Software (Cognos Analytics, SSRS, PowerBI, Oracle, etc) a plus.
