Need sales Engineer for Gujarat for sales and marketing of Industrial Water Filters, water Pumps & Water Motor etc. Job Responsibilities: Development of the market and achieve market share as per the assigned target Development and maintaining contacts with the project engineering companies and decision makers for water treatment project, water supply project, STP, ETP, etc. Interaction with various projects consultants for specifying products and services Co-ordination with technical team for inventory requirements and supplies to distributor | dealers Preparation of technical write- ups and detained technical offers for all type of projects | buyer Develop and maintain technical data Plan and co-ordinate promotional activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc. to promote sales. Skills & Experience required: 1. Any graduate B.Tech/ B.E/ B.SC in chemical engineering or equivalent. 2. 3-5 years experience in the water treatment industry. 3. Must have knowledge of water filters and STP/ETP projects. 4. Immediate joiner will be preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the agriculture sector, particularly in micro - irrigation sector and a strong network within the rural/agro-market. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area. Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with farmers, agri-input dealers, and local influencers. Organize farmer meetings, product demos, and training programs. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, exhibitions, and branding activities. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery through channel partners. Track outstanding payments and support collections. Generate timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives (if applicable). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Agriculture / Agri-Business / B.Sc. Agri / MBA in Marketing or relevant field. 5+ years of experience in agri-input sales (drip/sprinkler irrigation, etc.). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Proficient in local language(s) and MS Office tools. Preferred Skills: Exposure to micro-irrigation, drip/sprinkler systems. Existing network with farmers, Krishi Kendras, and agri-dealers. Understanding of government subsidy schemes (PMKSY, etc.) in the irrigation sector.
