Job Description

RPG Group is looking for Manager Plant HR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage overall plant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to meet business objectives.
Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in plant management, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
