:
Build and implement the enterprise-wide talent strategy, including succession planning, HiPo programs, and leadership development Lead talent reviews, competency frameworks, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives Use data and insights to identify talent gaps, future-skill needs, and internal mobility opportunities Own and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS) Introduce modern practices such as OKRs, continuous feedback, and calibration frameworks Ensure strong linkage between performance, rewards, and career progression Oversee PMS tools/platforms and drive adoption across the organization Advise leadership on talent and performance strategies Partner closely with HRBPs, L&D, Recruitment, and Rewards to ensure integrated execution Establish strong governance, dashboards, and metrics for talent health and performance outcomes Requirements: MBA from top tier college 5-7 years of experience in handling Talent Management & PMS
