Job Summary

The HR Head provides strategic leadership to align human capital initiatives with Wepsol s business objectives. This role focuses on talent growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence within the IT peripherals sector, while building a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic HR Leadership:

    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are directly aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

  • Talent Management and Acquisition:

    Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-potential, diverse talent. This includes workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning strategies.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    Administer and monitor competitive pay plans and benefits programs, ensuring they are cost-efficient and attractive to top talent.

  • Employee Relations and Compliance:

    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues, while ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and Indian labor laws and regulations.

  • Learning and Development:

    Assess training needs and implement effective training and development programs to build employee competencies and leadership skills across the company.

  • Data and Reporting:

    Report to management and provide decision support through the use of HR metrics and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Policy Development:

    Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring they are updated with industry best practices.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in India.

  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications


  • Experience:

    At least

    10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles

    , with a proven track record of success in a technology or related industry.

  • Education:

    A

    Bachelor s degree in Human Resources

    or a related field is required; an

    MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
