Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative with at least one year of experience in the IT industry, specifically in Endpoint Management and Cybersecurity solutions.
This role is pivotal in promoting and selling our comprehensive offerings in End User Support Automation, Antivirus EDR, Threat Monitoring, and related services.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce our Endpoint Management and Cybersecurity solutions.
Educate prospects on the benefits and features of our End User Support Automation services, emphasizing improved efficiency and user satisfaction.
Highlight the advantages of our Cybersecurity solutions, including Antivirus EDR capabilities, Threat Monitoring, and proactive defence against cyber threats.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific Endpoint Management and Cybersecurity needs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT industry with a focus on Endpoint Management and Cybersecurity.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives in a competitive environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales productivity tools.
