Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle IT and Non-IT positions , with a strong focus on sales and target-based roles .
  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates suitability for roles.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
  • Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in IT and Non-IT recruitment .
  • Strong exposure to sales and target-oriented hiring .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office , Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) , and ATS tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
