Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Manager – Marketing Operations

to drive operations for our

Marketing Hub, Demand Generation, and GTM ecosystem

, while also enabling cross-functional efficiency across Sales, Success, Partnerships, and Finance.This role will own

HubSpot Marketing Hub as the primary CRM

, ensuring campaigns, lead funnels, and revenue attribution are optimized. You’ll work at the intersection of

Marketing Operations, RevOps, and GTM Enablement

to align demand generation efforts with revenue growth across

India, SEA, and EMEA

.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & HubSpot CRM Ownership

  • Own and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub as the central CRM for campaigns, lead lifecycle, scoring models, and attribution.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, nurture journeys, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other GTM systems (Salesforce, WebEngage, LinkedIn Navigator, ZeroBounce, etc.).
  • Enable end-to-end MQL → SQL handoff with clean data and accountability tracking.

Revenue Operations & Funnel Management

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure pipeline visibility and accurate revenue reporting.
  • Track campaign ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution of marketing efforts.
  • Provide leadership with forecasting, attribution reports, and campaign effectiveness metrics.

Enablement & GTM Support

  • Partner with Sales, BDR, Partnerships, and Success teams to align on shared goals and KPIs.
  • Build a central repository of playbooks, collateral, and enablement material accessible via HubSpot.
  • Conduct training sessions for Marketing and Sales teams on HubSpot best practices and reporting.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage GTM projects like new campaign rollouts, lead enrichment automation, or marketing–sales alignment initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and HR for operational support (billing automation, tool onboarding/offboarding, cadences).
  • Drive adoption of Asana (project management) and other supporting systems for smoother workflows.

Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain data hygiene, GDPR compliance, and security across HubSpot and connected systems.
  • Own user access controls, integrations, and reporting accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in Marketing Operations / Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS or digital-first organizations.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (admin-level), along with knowledge of Salesforce, WebEngage, Asana, LinkedIn Navigator, ZeroBounce, and campaign tools.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, attribution modeling, lead scoring, and demand generation analytics.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance insights for both Marketing & Leadership teams.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management skills with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Good To Have

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub certification.
  • Exposure to multi-region GTM operations (India, SEA, EMEA).
  • Experience with incentive management or revenue reporting tools.
