We are seeking a technology-focused Manager in functional onboarding, and supplier Management and learning coordinator to streamline onboarding experiences for new hires within Tech@Lilly while supporting IT hiring operations and supplier collaboration. This role ensures seamless transitions for new employees, fosters early engagement, integrates supplier management into onboarding and training workflows, and facilitates structured learning paths. The position has global responsibilities and reports to the Sr Director based in Hyderabad, India. It involves occasional travel and flexibility to collaborate across time zones and cultures.

• Oversee and execute specific Tech@Lilly onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth, technology-driven experience.
• Act as the primary contact point for new Tech@Lilly employees during their onboarding journey.
• Coordinate Tech@Lilly -specific orientation sessions, welcome events, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tech@Lilly teams to maintain and enhance digital onboarding materials and processes.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement with a tech-first approach.

• Establish strategic collaborations with technology suppliers to ensure alignment with onboarding and training initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships to facilitate access to tools, resources, and training modules for new employees related to Tech@Lilly onboarding workflows

• Manage the Buddy Program, including maintaining a Tech@Lilly -centric buddy repository and mapping buddies to new joiners.
• Develop and promote best practices for meaningful buddy interactions focused on technology collaboration.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance buddy activities and engagement within the functional ecosystem.
• Create and maintain an IT-specific FAQ resource for new hires and candidates.

• Lead a structured IT learning program to support newly hired employees by providing access to technology training paths, experiential learning modules, and development opportunities.
• Facilitate communications enabling new hires to build networks within the Tech@Lilly community.
• Support initiatives aimed at early career development and skill-building within tech domains.
• Collaborate strategically with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure alignment of Tech@Lilly initiatives with organizational goals and to support capability-building efforts across Tech@Lilly organization

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and consolidate technical job requirements.
• Assist in job leveling and role alignment processes in collaboration with Tech@Lilly leadership.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and accurate postings for Tech@Lilly roles
• Serve as the primary liaison between site Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning & Development (L&D), and the IT team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support internship programs and foster academic partnerships.
• Monitor, track, and report compliance metrics to ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in onboarding or program coordination within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies such as AI/ML, automation, and software development.
• At least 1-2 year of experience facilitating training programs tailored for IT professionals.
• Proven background in managing logistics and coordinating IT learning initiatives.
• Experience in supplier management and fostering strategic collaborations.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes aligned with technology domains.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
