Job Description

Role Overview: As an Internal Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to perform and control the complete audit cycle. This includes managing risks and controls to ensure operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in developing policies, procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models, and process optimizations. It is imperative to have a strong domain knowledge and an understanding of key business processes such as P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, production, HR, Accounts Finance, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and control the complete audit cycle to ensure operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with regulations. - Develop policies, procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models, and process optimizations. - Perform risk consulting according to established standards and stay updated on industry developments. - Obtain, evaluate, and analyze previous reports, data, and flowcharts to determine internal audit scopes and develop annual plans. - Plan and delegate work for the team and yourself based on requirements. - Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions. Qualification Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Management Accountant (CMA), Semi Qualified CA/CMA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or MBA with internal audit experience. - Thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards, Audit Standards, Internal Audit Standards, Companies Act, and IT System Operations. - Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position. Additional Company Details: You should be willing to travel as internal audits may necessitate travel to Palghar. Salary Range: 7-9 LPA,
