Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop audit plans for various Departments within the organization

Perform internal audits in accordance with established standards and practices, ensuring thorough examination of financial records and operations

Identify areas for improvement in processes and controls, and recommend actionable solutions

Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actionsSkills

Required

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification is mandatory

Thorough understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance standards

Proficiency in auditing software and tools.
