Key Responsibilities:

1. Site and Departmental Audit

o Conduct regular internal audits across all project sites and engineering departments.

o Review work progress against approved schedules, drawings, and BOQs.

o Verify on-site execution, resource utilization, and quality of works.

o Audit contractor and vendor bills, measurements, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

2. Technical and Quality Verification

o Assess adherence to technical specifications, construction methodology, and quality standards.

o Review QA/QC documentation, test reports, and ensure timely rectification of deviations.

o Evaluate MEP works, planning schedules, safety protocols, and procurement processes for consistency and compliance.

3. Compliance and Process Control

o Ensure all engineering activities align with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.

o Audit documentation practices, checklists, material approvals, and safety compliance records.

o Identify process gaps, potential risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

4. Reporting and Follow-up

o Prepare comprehensive internal audit reports highlighting key findings, deviations, and recommendations.

o Present audit outcomes to senior management and track closure of observations within defined timelines.

o Maintain detailed audit records and ensure periodic updates to management on audit status and progress.

5. Coordination and System Improvement

o Coordinate with all engineering heads for audit responses, clarifications, and compliance verification.

o Suggest process enhancements, documentation improvements, and control mechanisms to strengthen internal systems.

o Support management in reviewing and updating engineering SOPs and compliance frameworks.

Desired Qualification:

· Education: B.E. Civil (mandatory)

· Experience: 10–12 years in construction/project execution, quality, or internal audit within a reputed real estate or infrastructure organization.

· Additional Advantage: Exposure to multi-department audits (Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, Safety) and strong understanding of end-to-end project operations.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong technical knowledge of civil and MEP engineering works.

· Excellent analytical, auditing, and reporting abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation control.

· Strong coordination and communication skills.

· High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
