  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Central HR Process Support
  • Drive analytics for the Function & support the Business with data-driven insights around key people metrics.
  • Partner with the Vice President - HR to drive key global and function-wide HR initiatives such as
  • Performance Management & Evaluation cycles
  • Compensation benchmarking, design and annual reviews
  • Workforce Planning and Annual Operating Plan alignment
  • Organizational Development & Capability Building
  • Spearhead organization change efforts at the location level, aligning with broader business transformation objectives.
  • Conduct regular Learning Needs Assessments and design learning & development plans tailored to individual, team, and functional capability priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external learning partners to deliver high-impact programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Lead the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey at the location level.
  • Drive post-survey analysis, Action Planning workshops, and ensure successful implementation of engagement initiatives.
  • Be a cultural ambassador for the global HR function, promoting inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environments.
  • General HR & Administration
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and HR compliance.
  • Supervise site administration and facilities management functions as required.

  • Strong personal credibility & an ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and frontline staff alike
  • Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues
  • Strong analytical skill set required to drive problem-solving and innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I or Tier II institute.
  • 10-12 years of experience in roles that have multi-location & multi-geography scope.
