Job Description

HR Business Partnering (HRBP): ·Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions. ·Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues,talent deployment, and engagement. ·Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation at business unit level. Payroll & HR Operations: ·Oversee and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements. ·Manage salary structures, incentive calculations, and full & final settlements. ·Ensure adherence to labor laws, audits, and compliance norms. Performance Management: ·Manage the end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, reviews appraisals, and feedback sessions). ·Support leaders in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning. ·Create frameworks for performance improvement and capability development. HR Analytics & Reporting: ·Generate HR dashboards, payroll reports, attrition analysis, and workforce metrics. ·Provide insights to leadership for data-backed decision-making. ·Track HR KPIs and recommend process improvements. Stakeholder Management: ·Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional heads, and employees. ·Collaborate with external partners/vendors for HR services. ·Influence and drive change management initiatives across business units.
