Role Summary

The Manager – HR & Admin will own end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, and compliance, along with administrative control of dashboards, privacy, and assets. We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior HR/Admin experience in Banking, CMS, or Fintech (PPI/PAPG) companies, as this role requires domain familiarity with compliance-driven fintech operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Talent Acquisition & HR Operations: Drive hiring end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, with focus on fintech & payments domain.
  • Performance & Compliance: Track KRAs, HR dashboards, policy monitoring, and ensure adherence to RBI/NPCI-driven compliance norms.
  • Admin & Assets Management: Manage office administration, logistics, asset allocation (laptops, mobiles, SIMs), and vendor coordination.
  • Dashboard & Privacy Controls: Monitor admin dashboards, manage data privacy/security, and maintain audit logs.
  • Employee Monitoring & Engagement: Manage attendance, leave policies, disciplinary actions, and engagement programs.
  • Coordination & Audit Support: Work with CA/CS and management on HR compliance, internal audits, and policy adherence.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven HR & Admin experience in Bank CMS / Payment Gateway / Fintech (PPI/PAPG) domain.
  • Hands-on with recruitment, HRMS dashboards, compliance-based HR processes.
  • Strong background in admin functions, logistics, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week in a high-growth fintech environment.
