Manager - HR & Admin

You will be responsible for handling the recruitment process from posting job openings to the joining of new employees. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Your role will also involve implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, and ensuring daily monitoring of attendance and timely preparation of salaries. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the shop and manufacturing unit - Build a positive organizational culture and motivate employees towards achieving organizational goals - Address employee queries in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate the timely renewal of vehicle insurance, property tax, water tax, etc. - Manage the maintenance and renewal of AMC's for office equipment, generators, air conditioners, lifts, and cameras - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, showroom, and guest house - Plan and oversee the proper training of new hires Qualifications Required: - Post Graduates in Human Resources Management with 5-10 years of experience in HRM in the manufacturing/retail industry - Ability to join in short notice is preferred If you are interested in this role, please forward your resume to info@laxmijewellery.in or contact 9840002151.
