About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven growth leader who will own Performance Marketing + Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for Holidaytribe.This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving high-quality demand through Google & Meta, improving RoAS & funnel conversion, and leading the end-to-end lifecycle marketing agenda across email, WhatsApp, retargeting and automation journeys.You will work closely with Sales, Product and Content teams to build, optimize, and scale growth engines across acquisition, retention and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Own end-to-end paid marketing across Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, RoAS, funnel conversion
- Lead experimentation across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding
- Build and maintain performance dashboards & weekly reviews
- Maintain tracking hygiene: GA4, UTMs, pixels, CAPI, CRM integration
- Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining/improving RoAS
Customer Lifecycle Management
- Lead the CLM strategy across Email, WhatsApp & remarketing
- Own funnel performance from Lead -> Qualification -> Booking -> Repeat
- Build segmentation strategies to nurture leads & re-activate dormant users
- Work with automation specialist to improve message flows & conversion journeys
- Drive CRM analytics and lifecycle experiments (A/B testing, audience scoring etc.)
- Experience with Zoho Marketing plus or equivalent Marketing automation tool
Performance Metrics You Will Drive
- Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost of Customer Acquisition (CoCA)
- Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
- Lead quality & conversion % across funnel stages
- Efficiency in scaling spend while improving outcomes
- Retention and Reactivation rates
- CLM campaign contribution to pipeline and bookings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing + CLM or Growth roles
- Proven track record running Google & Meta campaigns at scale
- Experience with lifecycle automation tools (Zoho/HubSpot/WebEngage/CleverTap etc.)
- Strong command of segmentation, retargeting, automation flows & funnels
- Analytical, comfortable with data tools (GA4, Sheets/Excel, dashboards)
- Experience in lead-gen/high-intent funnel environments preferred
