Purpose/Objective


    Operations Lead - Ground Transport Business is responsible for enhancing revenue, optimizing local operations, ensuring compliance, and service quality, analysing financial performance, setting revenue targets, and ensuring that the ground transport services contribute positively to the overall financial health of the organization. It also focuses on the day-to-day management and operational excellence of ground transport services.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Maximize Revenue Generation: Plan and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue from ground transportation services, including parking, car rentals, taxi services, ride-sharing partnerships, and shuttle operations. Identify and explore new business opportunities, such as dynamic pricing models, premium services, and loyalty programs, to enhance revenue streams. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote ground transportation offerings and optimize pricing strategies based on demand patterns and competitive analysis. Manage Ground Transport Operations: Support optimization of ground transport services through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement innovative solutions to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring reliable ground transport operations. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at their asset to maintain operational integrity. Conduct safety audits and training sessions regularly to ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, partners, and contractors to resolve operational issues effectively and maintain service quality. Build relationships with unions, regulatory bodies and local authorities to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Team Leadership and Development: Encourage team collaboration and accountability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet organizational goals effectively. Mentor and coach team members, identifying high-potential individuals and developing them into future leaders through focused development plans. Risk Management and Incident Response: Create comprehensive risk management plans to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization. Develop and maintain an incident response plan to address and manage incidents promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field. Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Work Experience: 10+ years in transport or logistics management in aviation / hospitality sector
