Inviting applications for the role of Manager, HR Operations
The qualified candidate will oversee, inspire, and assess the daily performance of the People Connect team. They ensure compliance with all human resources process requirements, proper call and transaction management, and related processes, procedures, and regulations. They optimize workflow and productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to foster development and growth.
  • Lead human resources transactions and business processes to ensure timely and accurate data based on system workflow and business requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive and detailed process reviews for all service areas. Collaborate with internal human resources partners to develop, analyze, and document procedures, processes, and protocols.
  • Participate in testing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting new or modified system changes.
  • Manage team performance expectations and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Oversee project work to support additional tasks for the HR Services team.
  • Be available to staff for questions, monitor requests, provide continuous feedback, and identify training opportunities.
  • Handle issue escalations by providing guidance to staff and directly addressing escalated issues as needed. Identify opportunities for corrective services to resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with centers of excellence to ensure the team delivers excellent employee service through request work and process gap analysis.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for coordinators by offering subject matter expertise and guidance. Promote best practices in customer service across HR Shared Services. Partner with HR Shared Services supervisors and team leads to identify training gaps and trends, taking action to minimize future errors or knowledge gaps.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in an HR support or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position within a shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products.
  • Strong communication skills, emphasizing tact and diplomacy. Ability to speak and write clearly to deliver excellent customer service over the phone, via email, or in other interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with others, building partnerships with management, colleagues, and the broader human resources function.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in continuous process improvement.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for HR or similar HR case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Proficiency or experience using Workday, Amazon Connect, or Paradox.
