Manager Franchisee Expansion - Kolkata

• Create and implement a strategic expansion plan that aligns with company goals.
• Source, screen, engage, and convert potential franchise partners.
• Give presentations and hold meetings to inform candidates about the business model and franchise opportunity.
• Oversee the franchisee application and approval process from initial contact to agreement signing.
• Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to complete franchise agreements and ensure adherence to franchise guidelines.
• Manage a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with training and operations teams.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to spot expansion opportunities.
• Offer data-driven insights to improve expansion strategies.
• Serve as the main contact during expansion and setup phases.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward expansion targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly franchise development KPIs.
